What is the battery life?
You get at least 4 hours of continuous use, and even more depending on usage. Each battery-powered heating cushion is equipped with its own seat sensor, which turns on automatically when you sit down and turns off when you stand up. This saves battery power and significantly extends the heating duration.

What are the dimensions of the heating cushions?
Each heating cushion measures 40 x 40 x 4.5 cm (without the handle) and fits most standard chairs and benches. The red carrying handle is 20 cm long and allows for easy transport.

Do the heating cushions fit on standard chairs?
Absolutely. With dimensions of 40 x 40 x 4.5 cm, our heating cushions meet the standard seat dimensions. Thanks to the red carrying handle (20 cm long) and the integrated anti-theft eyelet, you can securely attach them to your chair to prevent them from blowing away. This is a valuable advantage for restaurants.

Can the covers of the battery-powered heating cushions be washed?
Yes, the covers are machine washable with a delicate program. However, they are very durable and rarely need to be washed. A simple cleaning with a small sponge and dish detergent is often sufficient.

How do you recharge the heating cushions?
The battery is removable and easily rechargeable using the provided charger. The battery can also remain in the cushion during charging.

How many charge cycles can the battery withstand before needing replacement?
It can withstand at least 1000 charge cycles, which means you can use and recharge your cushion at least 1,000 times. In normal use, the latest-generation batteries used for heating last much longer, often two, three, or four times longer than 1,000 charge cycles.

What happens when the battery is empty?
It's simple: the cushion stops producing heat. You just need to recharge the battery using the provided charger. If the battery no longer works after more than 1,000 charge cycles, we will be happy to send you a new one.

How does the control of the heating cushion work?
It's simple and intuitive: you sit down, and the heating cushion starts producing heat, becoming pleasantly warm. When you stand up, the cushion automatically turns off. You can also turn it off manually using the black label on the front.

Do you need to remove the battery to charge it?
Absolutely not. The battery can remain in the cover during charging.
